Charlotte runs a weekly class (Sundays 09:00-10:00) as well as occasional workshops & retreats that are suitable for beginners.
Each class has a different theme varying from:

• Yin / Restorative
• Mobility & Alignment focussed
• Vinyasa/Ashtanga
• Rocket & Barre Dynamics.
You can expect to:
• Increase flexibility & strength
• Relax body & mind
• Eliminate fatigue & stress
• Boost recovery from training, illness or injury
• Help towards mental fitness
• Be a part of a playful & welcoming group
