STOLEN

During Saturday night and early Monday morning (9/10 October), the container on the Middle Woodford playing field was broken into and the emergency flood equipment, including two expensive generators, was stolen.

Without witnesses, and no evidence, the police are unable to assist, albeit the theft has been assigned an Incident Number.

This is not the first time equipment on the playing field has been vandalised/stolen.
